Grape seed oil contains 14% ~ 17% oil, grape seed oil contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids. Grape seed oil is linoleic acid oil, more than 75% of which is linoleic acid, which is one of the highest linoleic acid content vegetable oils found at present. Linoleic acid can prevent thrombosis, dilate blood vessels, reduce serum cholesterol and nutritious cells. Grape seed oil also contains a large number of fat-soluble vitamins a, d, e, k and other physiological active components.
Grape seed oil has a reasonable fatty acid composition and is an excellent functional edible oil.

Pretreatment and pressing of grape seed oil equipment.
1. use wind or manpower screening, so that grape seeds do not contain skin slag, fruit slag and other impurities;
2. use double roller crusher to break all mature grape seeds;
3. put broken grape seeds into a softened pot, add about 15% soft water, heat up to 65 ℃-70 ℃, heat preservation for 40 minutes, soften all the broken grape seeds;
4. and then transfer them to a flat-bottomed frying pan for stir-frying. During operation, the heat must be uniform, so that the material temperature can reach 110 ℃, the moisture content is 8% ≤ 10%, and the time is about 20 minutes.
5. immediately after stir-fry, pour into the cake circle to press the cake, so that the middle of the cake is thicker and the surrounding area is slightly thinner.
6. load the Hydraulic press while it is hot, and the cake temperature is at 100 ℃. To stack the cake, the cake stack must be straight to prevent palletizing.
7. the oil flow should be pressed lightly to keep the oil flow line, and the temperature of the workshop should be kept at about 35 ℃.
8. Install a 2-3-layer filter cloth at the oil outlet to remove impurities such as oil cake and slag.
Grape seed oil Refining process
精炼技术要点
1.过滤工序
用油泵过滤机过滤葡萄籽毛油,以去除油中的固体物质。
2.软化工序
将油温升至50℃,加入浓度为0.5~0.7的煮沸食盐水,用量为油量的l5~2O%,边加边搅拌,终温约80℃,直至出现胶粒均匀分散为止,时间约15分钟左右。
3.分离工序
保温静置6~8小时,油水分离层明显时进行分离。
4.脱水工序
分离后的葡萄籽油转入水潜锅中,加热,使油温达l05~110℃,直至无水泡为止。
5.碱炼工序
首先将油温保持在30~35℃之间,按总用碱量的2O~50%加入30°Be的纯碱,防止溢锅,转速为6O转/分进行搅拌,待泡沫落下再按总用碱量的75~80%加入20~ 22°Be 的烧碱,搅拌,终温80℃。
6.脱皂工序
碱炼完毕后保温静置,待油皂分离层清晰,皂脚沉实时分离。
7.洗涤工序
用80~85℃软水雾状喷洒到温度为80℃左右的油面,水量为油重的l0%~l5%,并不断搅拌,直至洗净为止。
8.干燥工序
间接加温至95~105℃,时间约10~15分钟,水分蒸发完毕即可。
9.脱色工序
用活性白土和活性炭等混合脱色剂在常压及80~95℃的条件下进行处理。操作时要充分搅拌,时间可持续30分钟。
10.过滤工序
在70’C温度下过滤,或自然沉降后再过滤。
11.脱臭工序
以蒸汽间接加热脱臭罐中的油至100℃喷入直接蒸汽。真空度为800~1000Pa,时间4~6小时,蒸汽量为40公斤/吨油。
12.加适量抗氧化剂
经过精炼的葡萄籽油外观色泽淡黄,晶莹透亮。经食用卫生检测及其它理化指标分析,其中含水分0.11% 、酸价0.22毫克KOH/克、杂质0.01% 、过氧化值0.043% 、砷0.047毫克/升,相对密度0.92,加热试验时280℃油色不变,无析出物,因此,符合国家食用油质量标准。
13.脱蜡工序
由于葡萄籽壳中含有蜡质,葡萄籽在发酵过程中还会产生糖脂,这些物质在上述精炼过程中不会被脱除,经1周的静置沉降后,采用特色油过滤机进行过滤,经过滤后葡萄籽油晶莹透明,达到了脱蜡、脱脂的要求 。
