Extruding and Pressing Technology:

which is suitable for all kinds of oil materials, especially suitable for small and medium-sized oil plants.

Basic process:oil material→cleaning→crushing→expansion(pre-pressing of high oil crops)→pressing. 

The process eliminates the steaming section and truly achieves low-temperature pressing. 

The advantages:

 1) The oil color is light (chlorophyll 20 ≤ 25ppm, while the traditional pressed 30-40ppm), such as the small consumption of decolorized refined clay and the increase of oil yield.

 2) The color of cake was light, the protein quality was improved, and the inflated instantaneous high temperature (20 seconds, 90 degrees) had little effect on the protein quality.

 3) The phospholipid content is low (150ppm, while the traditional pressed 300-400ppm) is low, and the peroxide value is low.

 4) The acid value of oil is low (ffa 0.5%, while the traditional press 0.6 - 0.8%), which can be eaten directly after filtration. In Europe and the United States, the oil is called green oil, 100% healthy, green oil; low moisture content, greatly prolonged preservation time; can maintain the natural nutrients of oilseeds.

 5) Reduce costs. The cake residue can be controlled at 4% and there is no need for leaching. The power consumption (5 - 9 degrees / ton, while the traditional press is more than 15 degrees), the steam consumption is also reduced (the wet expander is used, which saves more than 30% compared with the traditional press), and the processing cost can be saved .

 6) Increase the output of screw press for more than 50%, reduce the wear of press accessories and prolong the service life of vulnerable parts.
