Avocado oil is from from avocado fruit, and high valuable cosmetics materials, also could for edible after processing. Avocado fruit each weight 150 grams - 1500 grams,one big seeds, generally occupy 10 - 30%of the total fruit weight, thin flesh, but edible rate for 70% - 80% and fruit ripe period on August and September. The Fruit fat content 23.49%, protein 1.25%. Avocados in tropical and subtropical regions around the world are all in planting, there are Mexico, Guatemala, west Indian, African, four big population area, and China's Guangdong, Hainan, Fujian, Guangxi, Taiwan, Yunnan, and Sichuan and other places have a small amount of cultivation.

The basic production process:
1. Cleaning: select high-quality avocado, pick the decay,not ripe, after washing out to dry.
2. Peeling and de-nut:adopt the special peeler and de-nut machinery to remove its peel/skin and nut, save labor and improve efficiency.
3. Mechanical grinding: crushed into the pulp particle size,normally 20-30mesh.
4. The avocado oil extracting process: cold pressing + extraction, patent technology.
4.1. Cold pressing: choose Yusou company special cold press machine,does not destroy the nutrients in the avocado oil,high oil yield,low temperature could keep the good protein content.
4.2. Extracting avocado oil:
Solvent Extract :According to the weight of the 1:3 ratio ,Mix the avocado fruit cake grinded into extract solvents(ethyl acetate or 1, 2 - ethylene acetate), get a mixture for filtering, the filtrate is rotated separation on the rotary evaporation apparatus, extraction solvent is removed out,and get the crude avocado oil.
Drying/dehydration: filtrate to be distilled under moderate pressure, dehydration, get the avocado oil,showing bright green color.
5.Avocado oil refining process.
5.1. Degumming:the colloidal impurities in oil is priority with the phosphorus. Phospholipids is not only affect oil quality, also can produce emulsification in acid and alkali refining process,increase the loss of the neutral oil.
Crude oil is preheated to 60 ℃ or so, and add into 0.12% phosphoric acid, mix evenly 60 ℃ hot water, start stirring with 55 r/min speed, when phospholipids particle form showing (small particles),slow the stirring to 15 r/min, when phospholipids Particle coagulation show clear separation of state, stop stirring.
5.2. Avocado oil de-acid and decoloring: avocado crude oil in lye, despite the organic solvent of crude oil, with warm water washing to neutral, adsorption decolourization to colorless liquid, filtering, the filtrate is avocado oil, light yellow.
5.3. Avocado oil removal slight hazelnut taste
At this stage, with direct injection steam distillation to remove slight hazelnut taste
6. Mixing and filling,package
The guarantee period of the avocado oil although can obviously increase after refining, but this kind of oil has rich linoleic acid and linolenic acid easily oxidative rancidity , so add antioxidants to further enhance itself store life.
After adding Experiments adding No.8 composite antioxidant, final qualified refined oil is filled and packaged.
