Shea nut is the fruit of shea butter, which has delicious pulp like avocado fruit. The oil in the core is shea butter, accounting for about half of the core volume. The oil is mainly concentrated in the kernel. The oil content is 40% - 55% in the whole core, 17 - 32 mm, in diameter, 11 -21 mm, in diameter, 60.6% in the dry base, 3.5% in moisture, and less than 0.1% in impurities. The shell of kernel is 0.5% -1.0%. Each mature fruit tree produces only 15 to 20 kilograms of dairy fruit a year, and milk trees can only survive on the African continent for climate and planting reasons.

The hydraulic pressing tech

 With the characteristics of simple structure, good quality of cruller and low power consumption, but it also has some shortcomings, such as high residual oil of cake, small production capacity, intermittent production, long pressing cycle, troublesome operation and high labor intensity. 

The main equipment is transportation equipment, grinder, conditioning pot, Yujiu hydraulic press, cake shredder, oil pump, plate and frame filter, fine filter and so on.

   The crushed fine particle powder (35 × 40 mesh) was modified and tempered (60 ℃ ~ 70.c), and the water content was not more than 5%. Then the baffle was pressed for the first time (pressure 40 × 50 mpa, temperature 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃), the residual oil of the cake was 28% - 32%, then 18% ≤ 23% of the cake residual oil was crushed, tempered and repressed according to the above technological requirements, and the residual oil of the cake was finally pressed 10% - 13% for the third time and the fourth time. The crude oil containing residue obtained by hydraulic pressing at low temperature is preserved and precipitated, and then filtered at 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, that is, shea butter crude oil (impurity < 0.2%). From the point of view of hydraulic pressing process, the oil is clear, the color of crude oil is lighter, the quality of crude oil is good after crude filtration, the acid value, peroxide value and other indexes meet the requirements, and the color of cake is lighter and there is no sign of deepening. Therefore, the subsequent physical refining only needs to fine filter the crude oil at 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and the refined liquid can be used to squeeze the EC oil. 

This suitable for the capacity less than 10tons/hour.

The suitable dry and wet kernels (moisture 7% - 9%) were broken into large pressed cake (grain diameter coin 6 ≤ 10 mm, powder < 10%), then tempered and tempered (particle size 6 ≤ 8 petal, powder degree < 8%), then necessary (60 ℃-70 ℃), adjust the water content 4% - 5%, adjust the temperature of pressing temperature (60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃), adjust the water content 60 ℃, The low temperature secondary pressing (temperature 5% - 6%, human pressing temperature 60 ℃) was carried out in the double screw press. When the temperature was kept at 80 ℃ ~ 85 ℃, the residual oil of pressed cake was 7% - 9%. The human conditioning billet was put into the pre-rotating press machine for low temperature pre-pressing (temperature pressing, the residue crude oil obtained by the secondary pressing was kept warm and precipitated at 60 ℃ ~ 75 ℃ 80 ℃), the residual oil of the prepressed cake was 16% - 18%, and then filtered at 70 ℃ was the crude oil of shea butter (impurity < 0.2%).
