Oils and fats in oil-seed are soaked in solvents to obtain mixed oils. The main components of mixed oils are oils and solvents. Using the different vaporization temperatures of solvent and oil, the solvent in the mixed oil was separated by negative pressure evaporation process to improve the quality of the soaked crude oil. The separated solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and recovered, then sent back to the leacher for further recovery.
Stripper is one of the key equipments in the process of mixed oil treatment. Whether the structure of stripper is reasonable or not ,directly affects the residual solubility of leached crude oil. Reasonable structure of stripper can not only improve the quality of leached crude oil, but also reduce solvent consumption in leaching workshop.
