     It's used for filtering the crude oil ,oil caly ,and wax ,fractionation ,etc . Also used for various industries: liquid medicine, liquor, beverage, juice, syrup, vinegar, fine chemicals, electroplating etc.

     Mainly consist of  frame,filter plate ,hydraulic pressing system ,oil nozle,filter cloth,etc.Which has the advantage of  hydraulic pressure, automatic maintain pressure,working stable ,compact structue,easy to use ,PP type durable use filter plate ,variety kinds of models ,large capacity ,energy and labor saving and so on.

Working process

       The cylinder piston of hydraulic device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate.Filter chamber are formed between pressed filter plates and materials get into the filter chamber through the inlet of tail plate with the help of feeding pump. 

      Solid sludge particles are remainned in filter chambers forming into cakes ,while oil is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth.

      To blow the press cakes with air compressure,squeezed oil can  be out of the tail plate. Adjust down the hydraulic pressure,loose the filter plate,the cake would be discharged off ,then adjust up the hydraulic pressure ,to tight the plates for finishing one process .
