Expansion principle:

The machine uses the extrusion, friction and shearing of unequal distance helix to convert mechanical energy into heat energy, and forms a certain pressure and temperature in the expansion chamber, so that the material can be extruded and extruded through the discharge die head.

1. Extruded rice bran and other low-oil crops can keep fresh for more than two months. The production capacity of leacher is increased by 30-45%. The residual oil of dry meal is less than 1%. The protein content and color of fur meal are better than that of granulation, drying and leaching. Expanded soybean can deodorize and passivate urease. The production capacity of leacher is increased by 45-50%. The residual oil of dry meal is less than 0.8%. The protein content and color of soybean meal are better than that of drying leaching.

2. Extrusion Pressing of High Oil-bearing Crops: After adding a squeezing cage, it can be used for extrusion and extrusion of high oil-bearing crops (oil content exceeds 30%), and then it is directly put into the press (high oil content needs drying and feeding). Expanded material is paste/sponge, the output of press is increased by 0.5-3 times, and the quality of oil is primary color, similar to cold pressed oil.
